Shipping policy

Orders are processed during normal business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 24-72 hours for us to process your order. You should receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please note that once a shipment is released to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during carriage, please contact us at hello@moonlitskincare.com.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Moonlit currently offers flat-rate $3 shipping to all US addresses. We offer free US shipping for orders over $30.

International Shipping

Moonlit currently offers flat-rate $15.00* shipping on orders over $150+ to all Canadian addresses. For orders below $150, we offer the following rates:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Moonlit Skincare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Moonlit Skincare is fully committed to our customers’ satisfaction and will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Simply send an email to hello@moonlitskincare.com for a pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 2-4 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund. Any gift with purchase that came with the order must be returned as well. We cannot accept returns without prior email notification.
