Q: What's the deal on US shipping? 
A: Moonlit currently offers flat-rate $3 shipping to all US addresses. We offer free US shipping for orders that are $30+. We are also available on Amazon!
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed? 
A: Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow up 24-72 hours for us to process your order. You should receive an email notification once your order has shipped. Please note that once a shipment is released to a carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft as all packages are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Q: I’m not happy with my purchase- how can I receive a refund?
A: We're very sorry the product did not work for you. Moonlit Skincare is fully committed to our customers’ satisfaction and will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Simply send an email to for a pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 2-4 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund. Any gift with purchase that came with the order must be returned as well. We cannot accept returns without prior email notification- thank you!


Q: How many promo codes can I use?
A: Unless otherwise indicated, only one discount code can be applied per transaction. Promotions are only applicable for dates indicated and while supplies last. Moonlit Skincare reserves the right to rescind a promotion at any time.
