FAVORITE PLACE TO SLEEP?
In a car driving steadily on the freeway for a long distance. (No traffic, please)
My ideal # of hours of sleep is: 9 hours🚗
But in reality, I actually get: 6 hours
Sleep season for me is: all lol
How many pillows: 4
AM or PM?: PM
Nightcap: tea all day
Bad sleep habit: going down a rabbit hole on my phone before bed 📱
Good sleep habit: going to bed before 2AM
Can't sleep with: complete darkness
Side/back/stomach sleeper: side, I like to squirm into a little ball under my covers haha
Mantra: “so dream a better dream, then work to make it reality” ☁️
