Wow, this is a hard one, I’m grateful I wake up with the Indian Ocean as my view every day but I do love the snow so I’ll say in the Alps in the North of Italy where my Father grew up.

I GET THE BEST SLEEP WHEN…
I’m completely relaxed and in my own bed.

WHAT KEEPS YOU UP AT NIGHT?
Either overthinking my son wakes or my husband snores!

WHAT KEEPS YOU ENERGIZED DURING THE DAY?
Coffee! My energetic son (I have no choice) and the new and exciting things happening at The Beauty Edit.

MY SELF-CARE/WIND-DOWN RITUALS INCLUDE…
A relaxing or inspiring podcast, Mediation, Meditation Mist, Moonlit Oil and of course a clean silk pillowcase.

My ideal # of hours of sleep is: 8
But in reality, I actually get: 6-7
Sleep season for me is: Every Season!
How many pillows: 2
AM or PM?: PM
Nightcap? (alcoholic or tea or water..): Chamomile Tea
Bad sleep habit: Too much digital activity right before bed and going to bed late.
Good sleep habit: Getting to bed early, which is rare…..
Can't sleep with: Complete silence and darkness.
Side/back/stomach sleeper: Side, wish I was a back sleeper.
Mantra: Try and focus on the important stuff first and always be grateful for everything in life…Life’s too short
